Kaitlyn Wrann

20/21 Full Sponsorship

My name is Kaitlyn and i'm a 17yr old showjumper based in the South West. I have been showjumping for 4 years, 3 of which were on my 25yr old 148cm Golden Exclusive who I competed successfully at 90-1.05

Last year I moved into seniors and am now competing my 17yr old 16.3h mare Wina, we have competed around 1-1.10 and previously qualified for Blue Chip and the Winter Bronze League at Addington, which we aim to qualify for again this year/next year as well as various others such as Nationals and Bolesworth. As well as moving into Seniors this year, I have also been breaking in my 3yr old ISH Eclipse who I have had since a rising 2yr old, and I plan on producing her to showjump alongside Wina in the future. As well as showjumping I have also competed in hunter trials and arena eventing which I hope to do more of in 2021. I'm extremely excited to be part of Rob Bayes Photography and cannot wait for the year ahead!

Caitlin Irish

20/21 Part Sponsorship

I am 22 years old and working full time as an accountant but all of my spare time is spent with my two horses – Koda (Little Firecracker) a 15.3h 11yr old skewbald, and the newest addition to the team 4yr old Oscar (Kildangan Oscar) who is currently 15.3h but still looks to be growing! I am also extremely lucky to be able to ride and compete my mums 16.2h 7yr old dun horse Zeus (On Reflection)

We are based in Crewkerne and so I seem to find myself up at Chard competing and training at least once a week as it's only five minutes down the road. I am extremely excited to be working with Rob and Tracey over the next year as I absolutely love the pictures that Rob takes of me and the horses – even if I've had a bad day the photos always put a smile on my face. Whatever competition is happening up at Chard (whether it's dressage, showjumping. Arena eventing, combined training or something completely different) I will likely be up giving it a go and having fun – which is my main aim with all the horses. If you see me up at Chard or other events please do come across and say hello as it is always lovely to meet new faces!

Keira Parsons

20/21 Supported Rider

My name is Keira and I am 12 years old. I have two ponies, Drumcrave Rockey (AKA Rocky) and Grehanstown Canal Boy (AKA Flynn). Rocky is a 14hh 11 year old roan connie and Flynn is a 14.2hh 11 year old bay connie. I compete in all disciplines through Just for Schools, NSEA and Pony Club. I absolutely love jumping and I am aiming Rocky for the JFSs 80's this year and the 80 ODEs run by NSEA. I would also like to do some working hunter classes with him. I am hoping to affiliate him as well next year so we can do our first BE event together having re-found my love of XC at camp this summer! I absolutely love the unaffiliated events run by Chard Equestrian and am regularly up there doing the Combined Training, Dressage and Club show jumping. I am delighted to have been chosen as a supported rider by Rob Bayes Photography and I cannot wait to see what I can achieve this year with my ponies. Thank you Rob and Tracey for this opportunity.

Juliette Bostock

20/21 Supported Rider

My name is Juliette and I'm a 14yr old showjumper from Devon. I've been riding since the age of 3 and competing at Pony Club and local competitions. Other the years my love of showjumping has grown after having many set backs I keep bouncing back and loving the sport more each time. At the moment I compete a variety of ponies and now I am just starting to ride a few horses which I will soon be attending Senior shows. With the ponies I compete from 40cm to 1.10m but I am just starting to step up to 1.20m with some of them. I am not just a BS crazy girl I also love doing hunter trials, Pony Club competitions, and representing my school at JFS. My aims over the next year or so are to compete at Senior shows regularly and to step up the levels with all of the horses and ponies.

Olivia March

Sponsored Rider

I’ve been riding since I was a little dot due to my mum owning her own riding school- riding has always been in me. My sister and I used to compete at our local shows as kids doing showing and jumping but my love for jumping just kept growing.
I started competing BS at 16 and I have not looked back. I currently own three beauties of my own; Bear, Dennis & Dora, who I compete British novice to 1.30m level on. I have been very lucky to have travelled to Spain twice with two of my horses- one being a youngster I had broken in myself and the second time I took Bear where we were able to jump some of the bigger tracks. Both Bear and Dennis have qualified for the Silver League Semi one year after each other but luck wasn’t on our side.
2019 was one of my best years to date. I would say, buying Dennis was a dream and he made my dreams reality by jumping clear at 1.30m, jumping in the main ring at Bath & West, winning the 1.20m open at Devon County and jumping my first HOYS Grade C 1.35m jumping clear in the first round.
I also have some very lovely owners who have been amazing these past few years and we have just stepped both horses up in heights now. I also now have the ride on two lovely youngsters that I can’t wait to get going with this season. I’m very lucky to be trained by one of the best, Adrian Whiteway, who has made me more determined with my jumping and has allowed me to help him with his horses. I was also very lucky to have the ride on one of his horses whilst he was away in Portugal.
